# Camp Horizon

> A registered UK charity providing life-changing residential and day camp experiences for children and young people with special needs and disabilities. Over 20 years of impact, 250+ dedicated volunteers, and 180+ campers supported across London, Manchester, Gateshead and beyond. Charity No. 1096406. Run by Kids Care London T/A Camp Horizon.

Camp Horizon creates inclusive, joyful, and safe environments where every child can laugh, grow, and belong. Programs span residential summer camps, day camps, family activity days, and youth leadership programs for young people aged 8–25 with a wide range of disabilities and additional needs.

The organisation was founded in 2003 by a group of passionate volunteers led by Rabbi Joel and Judy Shiner, and remains entirely volunteer-run today.
